However, if the ground is too soft and sinks underfoot, the mat may bend or sink and is not suitable for use.
Q: Does the 80-ton load refer to a point load or a distributed load across the entire panel?
A: We assume a total vehicle weight of up to 80 tons. The panel's overall load-bearing capacity is over 2,000 tons per square meter. However, please note that this refers to the compressive strength of the panel itself — if the ground beneath is soft or unstable, some deflection may occur.

A: Standard slow vehicle movement causes only minor surface texture damage. However, rapid turning or acceleration with heavy machinery may result in deformation or abrasion due to heat friction.

A: Yes, the mats flatten naturally after being laid out. In colder conditions, the edges may curl slightly. The stiffness varies between winter and summer due to temperature differences.
Q: What should I be careful of when laying the mats on floors or surfaces?
A: Super Julight expands and contracts with temperature. A change of 1°C causes about 0.13mm per meter in shrinkage. For example, if the mat is exposed to 55°C (30°C above the manufacturing temperature of 25°C), it will expand approx. 3.9mm per meter, or 7mm in the long direction (1.8m). Always leave spacing to allow for this expansion.
Q: Is Super Julight resistant to chemicals?
A: Yes, it is highly resistant to most chemicals, including organic solvents and acids. It is also safe for the environment and does not pose a risk of soil contamination.
Q: Can we add our company name to the mats for identification and anti-theft purposes?

A: To make the most of the product's characteristics, we currently offer it primarily in standard sizes (maximum length 2440 mm). If a larger size is required, it will be treated as a custom product, and a new mold as well as a separate MOQ will be required.

A: Since the product is made of resin, it is flammable; however, it has been evaluated in accordance with the international flame retardant test standard UL 94HB.

If frequent high-pressure washing is expected, we recommend anchoring or securing the panels to the ground.

A: Compared to using concrete alone, our product by itself already improves hygiene.
