Shipping policy

1) Delivery Areas
We currently deliver nationwide in Vietnam.

2) Delivery Time
- The inner areas of Ho Chi Minh City: 1 - 3 working days.
- The suburbs areas of Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces: 3 - 7 working days.
*Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
*Delivery time is calculated from the time we complete the order confirmation with you until we receive the goods, excluding holidays or Saturdays and Sundays.
*The delivery date may be delayed due to unexpected weather or disasters. We do not take any responsibility or make any guarantee regarding delays due to weather or disasters.
 
3) Shipping Fees
- All areas and provinces in Vietnam:
*Shipping fees vary based on distance and weight.
*Fees are calculated dynamically based on the total weight and delivery distance.
*Different shipping carriers may apply different rates.
*Delivery Carriers: VNPost, GHN, GHTK, or other available options.
*Additional shipping fees may apply for remote or island areas. In such cases, we will inform you of the extra cost after your order is placed.
*Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

4) Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

5) Tracking & Notifications
- A tracking number will be provided by Email or Zalo once the order is shipped.
- Customers can track their orders through the shipping carrier’s website.

6) Delivery Issues
- If your package is delayed, or you have any issue regarding the delivery, please contact us via our Contact Support.
- In case of lost or damaged goods during shipping, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Note that the corresponding picture(s) and/or video(s) at the time of receiving the package and unboxing are/is required.
